The footshirts.com returns policy is to accept any item within 30 calendar days by the delivery date of the item.

Footshirts.com will accept responsibility for any incorrectly shipped, damaged or otherwise faulty item. In this case we can replace the item free of charge or provide you with full refund.

You'll find the rerurn address on your invoice. For your own protection and perfect cooperation between you and footshirts.com we suggest that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Please enclose in the returns package the form you’ll find at the bottom of the invoice with your request in brief and if you would like to exchange the product with another item.

In case you need an exchange, footshirts.com will do this for you without additional charge. Before returning a product, please check the following which are the conditions for footshirts.com to accept products return:

*The item is in the condition in which you received it (with tags, not scratched, dirty,etc.). That means being in a «re-saleable» condition.

*Your product has not been in any way customised (any name/number printings on, badges shewed, etc.)

*You do have the invoice which was enclosed in the package received. This invoice should be included in your return.
